Yes, it's true. All things work to His glory... God's glory! And this war is a blessing in disguise. Not only will Israel teach the terrorists that she is not at all toothless, but thanks to Hezbollah-- and Hamas for giving them the idea --there will likely be no, I repeat, NO Gay Pride parade in Jerusalem next month.

I'd rather see the nation of Israel at war with her neighbors than see the holy city of Jerusalem so defiled. What think you? Does that sentiment officially label me as 'Evil'? 'Mis-guided'? 'Homophobic'? Or all of the above?

Whatever your thoughts... consider at least the fortuitiveness of this present conflict occuring now, just two weeks before WorldPride Jerusalem was scheduled to begin.

Who says God is not in control? And who's to say this isn't the result of Iran simply wishing to divert attention away from their nuclear ambitions? Which begs the reiteration of my previous question...

Who says God is not in control?

From the article:

Religious leaders from the Jewish, Muslim and Christian communities within Israel have been working together to prevent the event from taking place in the holy city—earlier in the month Jerusalem police officials finally conceded that the event would "likely" be moved to Tel Aviv. The decision was not finalized, but the police said in a statement to the press, "Tel Aviv is more used to such events, and therefore it should take place there also this time."

Imagine that, Jews, Muslims, and Christians can actually agree on something... There's hope for us all yet.

It would now seem the "Event" will likely not occur anywhere in Israel... this year.

You are so right EL. Hundreds dead and an entire region destabilized is much preferable to gay men walking through the streets of Jerusalem.

As to your question; I have to say this post shows you to be both homophobic and misguided. But, if you really feel this way you could have celebrated two days ago (7/19) for the anniversary of the hanging of two gay Iranian teens. Or maybe you're planning your celebration for October 19th. That's the anniversary of the death of Matthew Shepard. As your posts suggests there can't be too many deaths to stop the gay agenda.

Matthew Shepard-- a tragic death, and waste of potential... no he didn't waste it by being gay, his killers wasted it by cutting him off from whatever potential he had with whatever time he had left, which sadly, turned out to be not much at all.

I do not advocate the killing of anyone who is gay, simply because they're gay. Did they commit heinous crimes worthy of death? Somehow, considering its the peaceful religion of Islam were talking about here, I highly doubt it.

Have you ever seen a gay pride parade on television? They hardly 'walk through the streets' of any city. Instead, they flaunt their sexuality and perverse lifestyles before God and everyone... men, women, children... with no shame. That's nothing I want to see in ANY city, let alone Jerusalem. Furthermore, they are foreigners to civility, unable to muster enough dignity to march in support of their lifestyle, choosing instead to taunt the spectators, and sometime show their hostility to those who believe differently, as evidenced here, here, here, and thankfully they don't always win, as in here.

And in case you hadn't noticed, the region has been destablized for quite a while... quite a LONG while.

And actually. I'm not the least bit afraid of Gays, or their lifestyle, or of their decision to continue in their sin... I rather they didn't, but my objection to their desire to flaunt their wickedness in public hardly constitutes a fear, or 'Phobia' of homosexuals. I wish them all the best, which includes repentance and the acceptance of God's free gift through Jesus. The would would be a much better place if everyone in the world were Christian.

It's not going to happen though.
