"Israel is a solid ally of the United States, we will rise to Israel's defense if need be... You bet, we'll defend Israel."
I'm very proud that my President re-stated our committment to Israel today. It's been a banner week so far.
For everyone waiting to see an end to conflict in the Middle East, to all those who can't wait to see America leave Iraq, one word of caution: Iran appears to be next. The War on Terror isn't over. Not by a long shot.

As for your final comment, I hope you are right. Iran needs a good kick in the tail, and they have deep ties to terrorism that not even the Liberals can deny (but I am sure they will whine none-the-less).
At least it will give Ted Kennedy a good excuse to take a swig of whiskey.
